In these lessons you will develop different language skills connected with Customer Service and especially activities such as placing orders, handling difficult issues such as complaints as well as giving feedback, both positive and negative. In the first lesson apart from learning phases connected with ordering goods you will also be able to translate some more sophisticated expressions commonly used in written orders. The second part will make you familiar with expressions helpful while dealing with a dissatisfied customer. You will be able to learn phrases for active listening as well as for suggesting solutions. The final lesson will familiarise you with a handful of expressions needed to make your customer service memorable.
